鼻内镜下吸切器下鼻甲磨削成形术疗效探讨

摘要 目的探讨鼻内镜下吸切器下鼻甲磨削成形术治疗下鼻甲骨质肥大或结构异常的疗效。方法 120例下鼻甲骨质肥大或结构异常患者被随机分成两组,每组60例患者。治疗组行吸切器下鼻甲磨削成形术治疗,对照组行下鼻甲部分切除术治疗。应用视觉模拟评分表评分评估患者术前、术后3个月的鼻塞程度。术后3个月行鼻内镜检查,评定疗效。结果治疗组临床显效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者术后视觉模拟评分分别为(1.42±0.66)、(2.46±0.50),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论鼻内镜下吸切器下鼻甲磨削成形术是治疗下鼻甲骨质肥大或结构异常的理想手术方法。 [ Objective ] The aim of study was to evaluate the efficacy of microdebrider-assisted inferior turbino- plasty for inferior bony hypertrophy or structural abnormalities in bone under nasal endoscope. [Methods] 120 pa- tients with inferior bony hypertrophy or structural abnormalities were randomly classified into two groups, each com- prised of 60 patients. Patients underwent mierodebrider-assisted inferior turbinoplasty (MAIT) in the treatment group, whereas patients underwent partial inferior turbineetomy in the control group. Degree of nasal obstruction were eval- uated by visual analogue scale (VAS) at preoperative and 3 months after treatment. Nasal endoscopy was conducted and the efficacy was assessed 3 months after completion of surgery. [ Results ] The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Two groups of patients with postoperative visual analog scored (1.42±0.66) and (2.46±0.50) respectively, the difference was sta- tistically significant(P 〈0.01). [ Conclusions ] The mierodebrider-assisted iferior turbinoplasty under nasal endoscope is ideal for treatment of inferior bony hypertrophy or structural abnormalities in bone.
