摘要
由于建设工程监理在实施过程中存在着管理不规范和制度不完善的原因,造成目前监理行业还有着诸多不规范的问题。本文从监理工作中发现问题、认识问题,分析问题,并在此基础上提出一些对健全和完善建设监理工作的构想。
Due to the reasons of nonstandard management and incomplete institution in the implementation process of construction engineering supervision, the current supervision Industry stil have many irregularities.
