摘要 目的:探索视觉工作记忆(working memory,WM)容量的个体差异与注意控制的关系,研究其个体差异的脑机制.方法:采用延迟样本匹配任务观察16名受试者在3种刺激项目条件下诱发的事件相关电位(event-related potentials,ERP)变化特点,ERP分析结果利用F值的统计参数影像(statistical parametric mapping,SPM)呈现.结果:视觉WM高低容量组在顶、枕部所诱发的负向慢波的波幅存在差异,F值的SPM显示两组差异的显著效应主要发生在前额区.结论:视觉WM容量的个体差异和个体排除信息中干扰的能力有关,其差异相关的脑功能区可能在前额区. Objective:to explore the relationships between individual difference of visual WM capacity and controlled attention, and to study the brain mechanism of individual differences. Methods: delayed sample matching duty was used to observe the characteristics of ERP changes of 16 participants under the evoking of 3 types of stimuli items. The result of ERP analysis was presented by SPM of F value. Results:the amplitude of evoked negative slow wave in high capacity group and low capacity group are different, and the SPM (F) of the ERP showed significant effects in the frontal region. Conclusion:The individual differences of visual WM capacity are related to ability of exclude interference, and their functional sites of brain may be located in the front of head.
