摘要
采用实验对比法、数理统计法对辽东学院140名大学生的篮球选项课进行分层教学模式改革试验,通过两个学期的教学实践对比,结果显示:大学生对篮球课的兴趣人数比试验前提高了11.07%;男女大学生立定跳远、1 000 m和800 m分别平均提高了6.31 cm、5.9 cm、21.6 s、9.1 s。研究结果表明:篮球选项课教学效果有显著提高,学生身体素质有较大幅度提高,学生的体育意识得到进一步增强。
A hierarchical teaching mode was tested in Eastern Liaoning University with 140 students for two semesters.The results show that the number of students who were interested in basketball rose by 11.07%.The scores of the male and female students on standing long jump increased by 6.31cm and 5.90cm,respectively.Students' scores on 1000m race and 800m race were shortened by 21.6s and 9.1s.
