摘要
针对试验场条件下难以实现某类灵巧弹药的核心元件———红外敏感器综合性能的测量问题,对红外探测器综合性能检测系统进行了研究。通过分光系统的引入,提出了基于该系统的双光路替换法,有效地降低了系统测量误差。
It is well known that the infrered sensor is one of core components of the intelligent ammunition,but it is difficult to measure the general properties of the core component.In order to solve this problem,this paper investigates the testing system of the infrared detector and puts forward.double optical paths substitution method by introducing the prismatic system.The results show that this method can effectively decrease the measurement errors.
