摘要
目的：总结改良尺侧上副动脉臂内侧游离皮瓣修复手部缺损的围手术期护理.方法：我院2011年3月-2013年2月对6例手部缺损患者实施了改良尺侧游离皮瓣修复术,并对患者进行心理护理,制定相应围手术期护理措施.结果：6例患者成活率100％,经6～12个月随访皮瓣外观、感觉良好,患者满意.结论：在改良尺侧上副动脉游离皮瓣修复术围手术期加强护理干预能早期发现血运障碍,及时给予有效处理,提高皮瓣成活率.
Objective：To summarize the nursing in peri-operation period of improvement of superior ulnar collateral artery of medial arm free flap to repair the defect of hand.Methods：In our hospital from March 2011 to February 2013 in the implementation of the improvement of ulnar free flap repair on 6 cases of hand defects in patients,and psychological care to patients,to formulate the corresponding peri-operation period nursing measures.Results：The 6 patients,the survival rate was 100％,after 6 ～ 12 months follow-up skin appearance,feel good,patient satisfaction.Conclusion：The improvement of superior ulnar collateral artery free flap during peri-operation period nursing intervention can early find the blood circulation disorder,timely and effective treatment,improve the survival rate of skin flap.
