摘要
电价分析是在研究电力成本的基础上进行的 ,影响电力成本分摊的因素很多。在介绍了考虑客户用电时间这个影响因素的两种传统方法的局限性后 ,提出了更加合理的截距法。阐述了截距法的基本原理 ,并用一个案例说明此方法的计算过程 ,论证了其合理性。
The electricity pricing analyses are based on the study of the electric power cost There are many factors which affect the share of the electic power cost. In this paper, by analyzing the limitation of the two traditional methods considering the CPUT, a more rational intercept method is presented. Its principle is introduced and a calculation example is given for describing the calculation process and showing the rationality, feasibility and availability.
