2型糖尿病病人足底压力影响因素研究 被引量：9

摘要 [目的]探讨2型糖尿病病人足底压力的影响因素。[方法]应用比利时RS-SCAN公司的1m压力平板,检测357例2型糖尿病病人赤足足底压力,比较不同病人足底压强,将有意义的指标作为自变量进行线性回归分析。[结果]2型糖尿病病人体重指数、穿鞋习惯、周围神经病变、胼胝、密歇根州糖尿病性周围神经病变筛查表(MNSI)得分、自护行为、年龄、性别对足底压力有影响。[结论]年龄、体重指数超标或肥胖、性别、不良的穿鞋习惯、周围神经病变、足底胼胝、MNSI得分及自护行为较差是导致2型糖尿病病人足底压力异常的危险因素。
