摘要
车架作为整个汽车的主要承载部件,其性能直接关系到整车性能的好坏。运用Pro/E软件对货车车架进行了三维实体建模,通过ANSYS Workbench软件建立其有限元模型,分析了货车车架在弯曲、扭转工况下的变形情况和应力分布情况,同时对车架进行强度校核及模态分析。结果表明:车架的强度和变形满足设计要求;其固有频率与路面的耦合而引起共振属于低频共振;车架的薄弱环节位于第二横梁和发动机后悬置梁之间。此外,为进一步结构优化奠定基础。
As the main bearing part of the vehicle, the performance of the frame is directly related to whether the vehicle per-formance is good or bad. The model of a truck frame was established by the software Pro/E, then the model was meshed by the software ANSYS Workbench. The stress distribution and the deformation of the truck frame were analyzed under the bending and torsional conditions, and the strength of the frame was checked and the modal analysis was given. The results show that the strength and deformation of the truck frame meet the design requirements; the coupling of its nature frequency and the read causes the resonance and it belongs to the low frequency resonance; the weakness is located between the second crossbeam and the back cantilever beam of the engine. Otherwise, this is the basis for further structural optimization.
