食品冷链配送中温度采集系统的设计与试验

摘要 根据食品配送途中对温度的多测点、实时性、可追溯性等要求,选用DS18B20数字温度传感器为温度采集器件,结合车载GPS/北斗定位终端的串口透传功能,设计了一种应用于食品冷链配送途中的有线温度采集系统,从而实现了对配送途中食品温度的多点实时采集、传输及监测,克服了现阶段应用中的温度监控实时性差、抗干扰能力弱、功耗及供电限制严重等缺点。通过在-20^+20℃温度范围内对传输稳定性、数据精度及不同传感器线长对数据精度的影响进行的试验结果表明,该系统工作性能稳定,数据精度及传输稳定性均达到了设计要求。 According to the requirement of multi-point, real-time and traceability of temperature in food cold-chain distribution, a wired temperature acquisition system is designed, which uses data temperature sensor DSI8B20 as the device of temperature acquisition, and combines with the serial port pass-through function of GPS/Beidou position terminal. Thus the multi-point real-time collection, transmission and monitoring of the food temperature during the distribution is realized. The weakness in real-time, antijamming capability, power consumption and serious electricity rationing are overcome. The experiment on the transmission stability, data accuracy and the effects of different sensor wire length to data accuracy is conducted, which is in the temperature range of -20 - +20℃. The results show that the system works reliable, and the data accuracy and the transmission reliability can meet the design requirement.
