摘要
生态文明是人类对工业文明深刻反思的结果,进行生态文明建设,是当前保护生态环境,改变传统发展模式,实现可持续发展的有效途径。建设生态文明面临诸多调整,面对蚌埠市的实际,提出了完善城乡发展区划,加大节约环保力度,实施产业生态化战略,挖掘特色生态文化,制度创新及绿色消费等措施。
Ecological civilization is the profound reflection of the results of industrial civilization, ecological civilization construction, is the protection of the ecological environment, changing the traditional mode of development, the effective way to achieve sustainable development. The construction of ecological civili- zation faces many adjustments, the face of Bengbu city actual, put forward to improve the urban and rural development planning, increase energy conservation and environmental protection efforts, the implementation of industrial ecological strategy, mining ecological characteristics of culture, system innovation and green consumption.
