摘要
目的:观察孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片对儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染所致咳嗽的疗效。方法:选取80例MP感染所致咳嗽儿童,在应用抗生素治疗的基础上,随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组。于治疗后3天、1周、2周观察咳嗽缓解情况。结果:随治疗时间延长,两组咳嗽缓解率不断增加,且治疗组缓解率明显高于对照组。结论:孟鲁司特钠可缩短咳嗽病程,促进咳嗽康复,疗效肯定。
Objective：To study the efficacy of montelukast in the treatment of cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae in chil- dren.Methods：Select the 80 cases of chil- dren infected with cough caused by MP. They were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group and the control group on the basis of antibiotic treatment.Make obser- vation on cough relief 3 days,one week,two weeks after treatment.Results：With the pro- longing of treatment,cough remission rates of the two groups increase continually,and the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group.Conclusions：Montelukast reduces courses of cough,promotes cough re- covery,which is effective,worthy of clinical promotion.
