摘要
在儒家人性论统治中国近两千余年的历史中,我国正在形成的宪政制度与西方已经成熟的制度相比存在很大的差异.在这个过程中,公民的权利意识虽然有所提高但还只是停留在感性阶段,需要得到理性的提高和深入.我们不得不承认,公民权利意识现代化的进程是与中国社会进步相联系的一种客观规律和历史必然.
