摘要 有关桥本甲状腺炎与甲状腺乳头状癌之间关系的争论由来已久，有学者认为，两者之间存在正相关，而另一些学者则报道两者间无明显相关关系。本文就此领域的研究结果进行总结，并从分子机制层面讨论桥本甲状腺炎与甲状腺乳头状癌之关联的本质。 The link between Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis（HT） and papillary thyroid cancer（ PTC ） has long been a topic of controversy. Some authors suggested that these two disorders are positively correlated, whereas others reported no relationship. Here we summarized the studies made in investigating the correlation between HT and PTC, and analyzed the nature of the correlation between HT and PTC based on biomolecular mechanisms.
