摘要
耐腐蚀模具钢4Cr13是一种高级塑料模具钢,是宝钢初轧高赢利产品之一。但在生产中发现,4Cr13板坯质量波动较大,其中探伤不合、板坯开裂和弯曲是影响该产品的主要质量缺陷。通过对产线工艺进行研究,并借助低倍、金相、电镜观察和能谱分析等检验手段,分析出三种质量缺陷产生的根本原因,并制定出相应的工艺改进措施,从而有效改善了4Cr13产品的质量。
Corrosion-resistant die steel 4Cr13 is one of the high-grade plastic die steels and has high profitability. However, it has been found that the quality of 4Cr13 fluctuates fiercely and that ultrasonic testing (UST) defects, cracking and bending are the major quality defects. This paper first studied the production process of 4Cr13, and then analyzed the key reasons for the above three types of quality defects by means of macroscopic, metallographie and electron microscopic observation and energy spectrum analysis. Based on the analysis results, effective improvement measures have been established. These measures have significantly improved the quality of 4Cr13 slabs.
