中国农业温室气体排放的现状及减排路径 被引量:5

摘要 农业部门温室气体的排放自1990年起以年均1.6%的速度增长,2010年排放总量达每年50亿~60亿吨CO2当量。研究表明:我国农业部门温室气体排放量自1990年起呈平稳上升趋势,增速也较快;排放主要来自于动物的肠道发酵、水稻种植和化肥等。对此,可以通过开发、应用减排的新技术,改进耕作方式,推广沼农经济,使用行政、法律和经济手段,控制人口数量,广泛宣传,注重交流与合作等路径达到减排目的。 Greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions from agriculture grew 1.6 percent per year during the decade after the year 1990, with the sector's total annual output in 2010 reaching 5-6 billion tons of carbon dioxide equivalents.It showed that.The sector's total annual output rose steadily in our country since 1990,and grew faster.These emissions came from enteric fermentation, rice cultivation, synthetic fertilizers,etc.We could reduce the emissions via developing and applying new technologies,improv- ing farming practices,popularizing biogas agricultural economy,using administrative,legal and economic means,controlling the population size, carrying on extensive publicity and focusing on communication and cooperation.
