摘要
介绍了Metso公司OptiFlo流浆箱和Voith公司MasterJet流浆箱的结构及其构件的功能与区别,在分析稀释水水力式流浆箱控制要点及难点的基础上,提出了基于PLC稀释水水力式流浆箱本体控制系统及其横幅定量控制系统的控制方案。
The paper compared the structures and the functions of the components of OptiFlo headbox of Metso company and MasterJet head- box of Voith company, which are the most advanced headboxes currently. On the basis of analyzing the key points and difficulties of dilution headbox control, control system of dilution water headbox and cross-direction basis weight control system based on the PLC were propored.
