摘要
对X80M管线钢,采用熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)和埋弧焊(SAWL)组合方式对钢板进行焊接性试验。并对焊接接头进行了力学性能测试和微观金相观察,对冲击试验试样断口进行了SEM扫描。结果表明,用该工艺焊接的X80M管线钢焊接接头的力学性能指标满足相关标准要求,微观组织符合管线钢管管体和焊缝特征。焊缝中粗大柱状晶组织导致该区域韧性较低,因此在生产中应适当控制焊接热输入。
In this article,it adopted gas metal arc welding(GMAW) and submerged-arc welding method to conduct weldability test on X80M pipeline steel,and then the mechanical property test and microstructure observation for welded joint were carried out and SEM scanning for impact fracture area. The results showed that the mechanical properties meet the requirements of relevant standards,and mierostrueture accord with characteristics of pipe body and weld. The thick columnar crystal structure resulted in lower toughness ,so it should properly control welding heat input.
