摘要
综述了美国和日本海底强震观测系统,介绍了美国南加州近海海域海底地震观测系统(SEMS)和日本相模湾近海海域的实时海底地震海啸监测系统(ETMC)的发展历程和海底强震记录数据库,总结了海底地震动特性及其与陆地地震动特性的差异、近海地震动衰减关系、海水对地震动的影响和海底强震数据在海洋工程抗震问题上的应用等几个方面的研究成果;阐述了我国海底地震动特性的研究现状并对未来的发展趋势作了展望;最后对国、内外海底地震动特性的研究成果进行了讨论。
We review the development of seafloor earthquake observation systems and study of offshore strong motion recordings in U.S. and Japan. Database of the seafloor earthquake measurement system (SEMS) deployed off the coast of southern California, U.S. and the real-time Earthquake and Tsunami Monitoring Cable (ETMC) at the off- shore sagami trough zone, Japan are introduced. Research on offshore ground motion are reviewed through the fol- lowing aspects: the comparison between offshore and onshore ground motion characteristics, offshore ground motion attenuation relationship, the effect of seawater on simulation of strong ground motion and the application of offshore ground motion data to the earthquake-resistant study of offshore facilities. Then we expound the studies in the char- acteristics of seafloor ground motion in China and prospect the future development. Finally, achievements in the seafloor ground motion by domestic and foreign scholars are summarized and discussed.
