乙酸乙酯脱水精馏耦合集成工艺流程研究

摘要 针对传统的乙酸乙酯精制工艺流程存在酯化工艺过程能耗高、流程相对复杂等问题,基于过程耦合集成理论,提出了一种乙酸乙酯精制耦合集成节能新工艺。与传统工艺相比,新工艺具有工艺流程短、设备投资少、操作费用低以及节能等优点。 The shortages of the conventional ethyl acetate process, consumption and relatively complex processes inw)lved, are identified. integrated coupling process for refining of ethyl acetate is pro such as high energy A completely new based on the process coupling and integration. Comparing with the conventional ethyl acetate process, the new process is simple, with relatively low investment, lower operating cost and energy-saving.
