摘要
通过设计不干胶贴标机的工艺过程,并研究及分析其取标过程(标签与底带的分离过程及贴标头的吸标过程),得出当标签挺度较大时,可以更换端面半径较大的剥标板,同时可以适当增大底带与端面的包角,以减小底带与端面的摩擦功,提高供标贴标速度,反之则需要更换端面半径较小的剥标板,以保证剥标的可靠性及剥标精度,从而提高工作效率。
According to designing process of the sticker labe ling machine, researching and analyzing the process of separating labels from the low tap and the process of sucking labels, the article works out that the peel board of sticker labeling machine should be changed with bigger radius and can increase the speed and decrease the wrap angle between the low tap and the peel board to decrease the friction work. On the contrary, the peel board of sticker labeling machine should be changed with smaller radius to ensure the relia bility and the accuracy of peeling labels and improve the work effi- ciency.
