养护方式对混凝土内部相对湿度变化的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用HMP42型温湿度探头对混凝土内部相对湿度进行测试,在标准环境条件下,分别研究了表面未处理、喷洒养护剂、覆盖薄膜等3种养护方式对混凝土表层5 cm范围内相对湿度的影响。试验结果表明:喷洒养护剂和覆盖薄膜对距混凝土表面1 cm处相对湿度的影响较大,随着养护龄期的增加,喷洒养护剂组相对湿度下降较快,而同龄期的覆盖薄膜组的相对湿度下降较缓慢;距混凝土表面3 cm处的相对湿度受养护方式的影响较小;距混凝土表面5 cm处,出现早期铺膜的相对湿度下降较快,低于未采取任何养护措施组的相对湿度。 Using the HMP42 temperature and humidity probe to test the relative humidity inside the concrete,in the standard ambient conditions,respectively researching the influence of reference group,curing compound group and covering the film group three curing methods on the relative humidity in the concrete surface 5 cm range.The experimental results showed that:curing compound and cover film have a great effect on the relative humidity at 1 cm away from the concrete surface,with the increase of curing age,the relative humidity of curing compound group decreased rapidly, while, for the same curing age the relative humidity of cover film group declined relatively slow; the relative humidity at 3 cm away from the concrete surface was less affected by curing methods ; At 5 cm away from the concrete surface, the early filming group's relative humidity drops faster than the group did not take any curing measures.
