摘要
研究了不同掺量的分散乳胶粉和苯丙乳液对偏高岭土地聚物的开裂性能、界面黏结性、压折比的影响。探讨了两种聚合物的最佳掺量。研究表明:分散乳胶粉和苯丙乳液的掺人,提高了偏高岭土地聚物的抗裂性能,加强了其界面黏结性,改善了其柔韧性。当分散乳胶粉和苯丙乳液掺量分别在4%一7%和6%r7%时,偏高岭土地聚物的裂缝宽度和裂缝面积最小,抗裂效果最好。同时在此掺量范围内,偏高岭土地聚物的界面黏结性达到最佳值。分散乳胶粉在掺量为2%时,偏高岭土地聚物取得最佳压折比,随着掺量增加,其压折比呈下降趋势。苯丙乳液掺量为3%时取得最佳折压比,随着掺量增加,其压折比呈先上升再减小的趋势。
This paper studies the effects of two kinds of polymers (the re-dispersible emulsoid powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion) with varying additional ratio on cracking performance, interface adhesion and flexural compression ratio of metakaolin-based geopolymer material.At the same time, the optimum content of two kinds of polymer are discussed.The research shows that:the adding re-dispersible emulsoid powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion significantly improve the crack resistance, interface adhesion and flexural compression ratio of metakaolin-based geopolymer material.The crack resistance are at best level (crack width and crack area are minimum) when the addi- tional ratio of e-dispersible emulsoid powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion is from 4% to 7% and 6% to 7% ,respectively.At this range of additional ratio, the interface adhesion achieves the best value.The content of re-dispersible emulsoid powder is 2%,the flexural compres- sion ratio gets the best value.With the increasing of content of re-dispersible emulsoid powder, this number will first rise, then reduce.The content of styrene-acrylic emulsion is 3% ,the flexural compression ratio gets the best value.With the increasing of content of styrene-acrylic emulsion, it presents trend of first increased then decreases.
