摘要
利用Formastor-Press热加工模拟试验机,研究了鞍钢带钢热连轧机精轧机组采用控制轧制工艺生产微合金化双相钢热轧板卷时的变形抗力和应变残留效应。得出应变残留率的大小是钢的化学成分、变形温度、变形量和道次间隔时间的函数。为研究热连轧高速变形条件下控制轧制生产微合金化双相钢的新模型。
The resistance to deformation and residual strain effect of micro-alloy dual phase steel strip during controlled rolling was studied by means of Formastor-Press hot deformation simulating test instrument. It is found that the residual strain is a function of composition, deformation temperature, deformation amount of steel and intervals of dasses. The mathematical model of resistance to deformation is as follows:

This is a new model for controlled rolling of micro-alloy dual phase steel in high speed continuous hot rolling.
