摘要
德兴铜矿的开采促进了经济发展,然而,铜矿开采和选矿过程中排放大量废石、尾砂、废水、废气、粉尘及伴有局部噪声污染,导致矿山地貌和景观、水生生态系统和土壤生态环境被破坏,影响人体健康,环境代价巨大。初步估计,矿区土地复垦费大约为9.78亿元,大坞河流域土壤修复损失的土地价值为200亿元左右。随着铜矿的开发,污染还在继续,大坞河、乐安河、鄱阳湖的水质进一步下降,其环境代价不可估量。
Dexing copper mining promotes economic development. However, the process of mining and processing pro- duces a great amount of mine dump, mill tailings, waste water, exhaust gas and dust,accompanied with local noise pollution, which destroyed the landform and landscape of the mines, as well as the aquatic ecosystem and the soil ecological environ- ment. The human healths are affected and the environmental costs are shocking. The preliminary estimate for the cost of the mines＇ land reclamation is about 978 million yuan. The loss of land value during the soil remediation in the Basin of Da Wu River can be 20 billion yuan. With the exploitation of the copper mine and the ongoing pollution, the water quality of Da Wu River, Le An River, even the Poyang Lake is declining. In a word, the environmental costs are immeasurable.
