摘要
采用文献资料、专家咨询,主因子分析,实地观察等研究方法,对高校太极拳教学中所遭遇的瓶颈进行了深入调查研究,调查研究结果显示现行高校太极拳教学存在4大主要瓶颈:1.文化内涵:太极拳特定的传统文化内涵是其教学难以深入的症结之一;2.运动方式:太极拳与现代体育运动的运动方式大相径庭,这是太极拳教学效果不甚理想的另一原因;3.学习心理:大学生对传统健身方法较为陌生,缺乏浓厚学习兴趣;4.教学情景:无法形成有效的教学情境,学生在太极拳学习中难以"入境"。
Using literature,consulting experts,the main factor analysis,field observation and other research methods,this study shows: college Taiji teaching has four major bottleneck problems: 1. cultural connotation factor-Taijiquan's particular traditional culture is the crux which made itself hard into deely teaching; 2. movement pattern factor-Taijiquan and modern sport are very different; 3. learning psychology factor-college students are more familiar with the traditional method of fitness,lack but strong interest in learning Taiji; 4 teaching situation factor-can not form an effective teaching situation,students Taijiquan learning difficult " entry. ".
