摘要
通过SWOT分析发现海南旅游立法存在诸多优势和劣势,同时面临时代机遇和挑战,完善海南旅游立法的对策包括但不限于:实施旅游立法"精细化"工程;用足用好海南经济特区立法权;对新形势下旅游立法作出回应及借鉴先进立法经验和配套制度。
SWOT method is used to analyze the Hainan Province＇ s tourism legislation and the result shows that strengths, weaknesses, new opportunities and Hainan province＇ s tourism legislation includes but is not legislation, making the best use of the legislative power legislative response to the new situation, and drawing on threats co- exist. Thus, the authors conclude that limited to implementation of ＂sophisticated＂ tourism granted to Hainan Special Economic Zone, making advanced legislative and supporting experience.
