摘要
论述了财政税收政策对促进房地产业健康发展的意义,分析了当前房地产业健康发展的财政税收方面的影响因素,给出了优化和完善房地产业相关的财政税收政策的措施和方法,以期对房地产业的健康稳定发展具有一定的参考价值。
The significance of financial and taxation policy on promoting the healthy development of the real estate in- dustry is discussed,and also analysis the financial and taxation policy influencing factors on the healthy development of the real estate industry, then, the real estate industry related financial and taxation policy measures and methods are provided. This paper has a certain reference value for the healthy development of the real estate industry.
