摘要
模拟天然SOD酶的结构,以人体必须的苯丙氨酸为原料,设计合成了一种Cu(Ⅱ)金属配合物CuL(香草醛缩苯丙氨酸Cu(Ⅱ)),并用紫外分光光度计和傅里叶红外检测仪对配合物的结构进行表征,采用改进的NBT还原法测定其SOD活性,在相同条件下取浓度为1×10-5mol/L的配合物与同浓度维生素E标准品进行抗氧化活性对比实验。结果表明,金属配合物的抗氧化活性较强,且相对于天然SOD酶具有合成方法简单的特点。
Simulating natural SOD enzyme structure, use phenylalanine as raw materials which is a kind of essential amino acids in the human body, designed and synthesized the metal complexes CuL (Cu ( I1 ) with Bis (vanillin) phenylalanine) . The structure of complex CuL was characterized by UV and IR analysis, using NBT illumination method to determine the anti-oxidant activities, com- pared. With vitamin E standards in the same conditions with concentration of 1 x 10-5 mol/L. The result shows that the antioxidant activity of CuL is stronger and the synthesis method is more simple than the natural SOD enzyme extraction technology.
