摘要
我国自行开发研制的高炉煤气布袋除尘技术,经多年的发展,现已成功地用于中型高炉上。其特点是全干式布袋除尘工艺流程;采用无碱玻璃纤维滤袋;实行闭路反吹清灰技术;卸、输灰系统机械化;设有控制煤气温度的升、降温装置。实践表明,该系统除尘效率高(99.8%以上),净煤气含尘<6mg/m^3,温度>100℃滤袋寿命达1.5~2年,节水、节电,并能解决煤气洗涤水对环境的污染。全干式高炉煤气布袋除尘不仅能保证高炉生产的要求,而且有良好的经济和社会效益。现正研制高温高效滤材,以便向大型高炉发展。
Through more than ten years devotion of Chinese engineers the bag dedusting technique for BF gas has been applied successfully to the blast furnace of medium size.It is characterized by completely dry process for gas cleaning; filter bag made of non-basic glass fibre; clean the bag by reverse-blowing in-close circuit; mechanized dust discharging and handling system; gas temperature control system.The operation data are as follws: dedusting efficiency, above 99.8%; dust content in cleaned gas, below 6mg/Nm^3; cleaned gas temperatuie, above 100℃; bag service life, 1.5-2years; less water and electricity and on pollution by scrubbering water.This technique not only satisfies the need of BF production, but also brings good economic and social benefits. The heat-resistant, efficient new-type filtering materials are under study for large blast furnaces.
