摘要
本文介绍了一种可直接观察流化床中粘结失流现象的实验装置及实验结果。讨论了三种不同类型粘结失流现象的机理,第一类粘结失流现象是由于局部过热区产生的液相引起的,第二类与矿粒表面的针状铁析出有关。第三类则主要取决于还原速度。
A special testing equipment for direct observation on fluidization beheviour and observation results obtained are introduced. The mechanism of three kinds of sticking are discussed. The first kind of sticking is due to liquid phase; in overheated, zone.The secend kind of sticking relates to fibrous iron growth on particle surface. The third kind of sticking depends mainly on reduction velocity.
