月球次表层钻取采样钻杆结构设计及有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 对月球次表层钻取采样钻杆的输土原理进行了理论分析,基于散体力学中连续介质假设,建立了钻杆回转输土阻力矩模型。基于此模型对钻杆直径、螺旋升角等结构参数与输土阻力矩关系进行了分析,给出了参数选择范围。依据输土阻力矩模型对所设计的钻杆进行有限元仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析,结果表明,设计的钻杆满足强度及刚度要求,能为月球次表层采样钻杆设计提供理论依据及参考。
