摘要
为掌握牛、羊等家畜布鲁氏杆菌病(布病)的感染情况。从2009至2013年开始对累计检疫牛48 512头、羊7 618只,通过虎红平板凝集试验进行初检,初检阳性样品经过试管凝集试验复检,测定家畜布病感染率。牛虎红凝集初检平均感染率为1.81%(878/48 512),羊虎红凝集初检平均感染率为7.65%(583/7 618);牛试管凝集复检平均感染率为0.84%(407/48 512),羊试管凝集复检平均感染率为4.07%(310/7 618)。初步完成了该县布病的发病规律调查,将为该县制定布病的防控决策提供科学依据。
To make clear the brucella bacillus disease （brucella） infections status of cattle and sheep in wensu xinjiang. 48512 cattle and the 7618 sheep were checked by firstly testing the RBT positive samples and then SAT test from 2009 to 2013 in wensu county. The positive livestock of infecting were determined. The result show that the average infection rate of bovine tiger red agglutination test was 1.81% （878/48512）. The average infection rate of sheep red tiger agglutination test was 7.65% （583/7618）. The average infection rate of cattle tube agglutination recheck was 0.84% （407/48512）. The average infection rate of sheep test tube agglutination recheck was 4.07% （310/7618）. We finished the preliminary epidemic regular of this county and providing scientific evidence for the prevention and control of brucella decisions for the county.
