槲皮素在细胞应激反应调节和肿瘤抑制作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目的介绍近年来对天然黄酮类物质—槲皮素的相关基础研究进展。方法通过检索近年来国内外关于槲皮素研究的相关文章31篇,从其调节细胞应激反应和肿瘤抑制作用方面对文献进行整理和总结。结果氧化应激、免疫炎症反应和原癌应激,是组织细胞基本的应激反应,而槲皮素能够通过影响细胞应答反应,保护组织细胞免受损伤,维持细胞稳态,同时对于肿瘤细胞,槲皮素也能够通过多种机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。结论槲皮素具有多种生物活性和功能,其抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、潜在促氧化等特性,在多方面发挥着巨大的潜力,具有较高的基础研究和临床应用价值。 Objective To introduce the progress of the latest research of quercetin, one of the natural fla- vonoids. Methods The research progress of quercetin was summarized via retrieving the related literature based on its effects of regulation of oxidative stress and inflammatory response and anti-tumor activity. Re- sults Oxidative stress, immune-inflammatory responses and oncogenic stress were the basic biological stress of the cell, quercetin could protect cells from the damage and maintain the homeostasis of cells via diverse mechanisms. Meanwhile, quercetin might be a promising therapeutic drug to tumor cells via apoptosis en- hancement. Conclusions Quercetin has a lot of biological activities and functions, such as antioxidant, anti- inflammatory, anti-tumor, and latent proxidant activity. It will be of great significance to study quercetin both for fundamental research and clinical practice.
