摘要
联教联训代表着合力育人的价值取向和开放办学的发展方向,是人才培养的常态化模式和训练重要途径。为了有效展开并稳步推进联教联训实践性教学活动,从院校与部队应把握的共性要求为切入点,阐明了联教联训合作双方只有广泛凝聚共识,做到齐抓共管,任务同承共担,才能确保互利共赢、携手共进。
Joint teaching ＆ joint training representing the value of joint teaching and the direction of developing an open education, is the normal mode and the important way of military talents. In order to orderly and steadily push forward the practice of the joint teaching ＆ joint training teaching activities, the article regards the common requirements of Military Universities and Army Units as the starting point, clarifies that only partners of joint teaching ＆ joint training reach extensive consensus, make concerted efforts and take responsibility of task together, they could have a Win- win cooperation and move forward together.
