摘要
以越南巴地-头顿省SP—SSA国际集装箱码头为例,通过设计荷栽试验方案对PHC桩的力学、沉降等性能进行测试。结果表明:动栽时,0—25m范围内,锤击力接近6000kN,最大压、压应力均在约14—17m范围;静荷载时,接近加载部位发挥的承载能力强;7000kN时,1#、2#桩的最大沉降分别为27.48mm、31.32mm。分析桩体在不同类型和大小的荷载下的受力变形特性,得出桩体最不利部位,可为工程安全施工提供技术保障。
This article took the SP-SSA international container freight wharfs as an example to testing the me- chanics,sedimentation and other properties of PHC piles by designed load testing program.The results showed that:The hammering force is approaching 6000kN when the piles length within the range of 0-25re,and the maximum compressive stress and maximum compressive stress both within the length of 14-17m range when on dynamic load.When on static-load,the most powerful carrying capacity is approaching the loading position. When the load is 7000kN,the maximum settlement amounts of 1# pile and 2# pile are 27.48mm and 31.32mm.The analysis of force deformation characteristics under different types and sizes of loads will help us to find out the most unfavorable position of PHC pile,and to provide technical support for engineering safety construction.
