摘要
党的十八大报告突出强调了加强廉政文化建设的重要性,廉政文化建设已经成为以习近平为总书记的新一代中央领导集体的反腐新举措。但是从理论层面看,目前内地的廉政文化建设尚存在一些认识误区,严重影响廉政文化建设在反腐倡廉工作中的基础性地位。本文厘清了廉政文化建设的认识误区,并基于对香港廉政文化建设经验的分析,提出完善内地廉政文化建设的实践进路。
Hu＇ s report at 18th Party Congress highlights the importance of fostering a culture of clean government, which has become an effective anti-corruption tool used by the new leadership led by Xi Jinping. But from the theoretical perspective of mainland＇s cuhure of clean government, there are still some misunderstandings, which have a serious influence on the basic position of culture of clean government in anti-corruption work. This paper clarifies the misunderstanding and proposes a practical approach to improving mainland＇ s culture of clean government based on the experience of Hong Kong＇ s culture of clean government.
