摘要
针对UPS电源出厂前电气测试过程需人为操作,设计了UPS电源电气测试系统,采用S7-1200 PLC作为系统的核心,以功率表作为测量元件,测试数据通过RS485通信方式送至S7-1200中,结合层次分析法、关联度分析法对其进行综合分析,利用组态王组态软件编制显示画面。在STEP7中对程序调试以及监控,与组态王组态软件连接,结果表明,该系统能够自动检测UPS电源电气测试数据并进行综合分析。
Aiming at the problem of vast artificially of UPS power electrical testing process, electrical testing system is designed, and S7-1200PLC is used as the core of the system and wattmeter is used as measurement element. The electrical performance test data are sent to S7-1200PLC through the commnnication of RS-485, then analysing them by combining AHP and correlation analysis. The parameters detection data are displayed in show window in Kingview. The procedure in STEP7 is debugged, monitored and connected with Kingview software successfully. The resuhs show that UPS power electrical test data are automatically detected by this system and the comprehensive analysis can be made.
