摘要
一体化电源系统中使用的DC/DC供电方式在分路短路情况下存在断路器无法脱扣,导致通信设备重启的安全风险。文中通过对脱扣问题分析,提出了一种DC/DC模块配置方案,在设计中通过配置较大的DC/DC模块总容量提供断路器的短路瞬时保护动作电流,另外结合脱扣曲线选择断路器,降低所需的短路瞬时保护动作电流下限值,最后给出了一体化电源中通信电源部分设计的建议。
The DC/DC power supply mode used in integrated power supply system may cost the air switch unable to trip under short circuit situation, and cause the communication devices to restart. This paper analyses the tripping issue and gives a DC/DC configuration scheme for solution, it adds the DC/DC modules capacity to offer short circuit instantaneous protection current for air switch , and it selects air switch considering release curve to reduce the lower limit of short circuit instantaneous protection current, finally gives some advice for designing communication power supply section in integrated power supply.
