心脏再同步治疗术后起搏参数优化的新认识与进展
New insights and current advances in cardiac resynchronization therapy device optimization
摘要
心脏再同步治疗（CRT）可显著改善特定心力衰竭人群的预后。然而在严格选择的病例中，仍约30％对CRT无应答。起搏参数的优化被认为是提高应答率的重要措施之一。近年来，在基本参数和最佳间期的优化策略、临床意义及发展前景等方面有些新的认识和进展，本文拟对起搏参数的优化内容和方法学新进展作一综述。
