氧化镧—氧化铈体系结构及性质研究 被引量:6

Research on Crystal Structure and Characteristic of Lanthanum Oxide- cerium Oxide System

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了不同镧、铈摩尔配比的混合稀土氧化物La2O3-CeO2,进行了X射线衍射结构分析;采用氢气还原La2O3-CeO2实验,确定了La2O3-CeO2稳定存在的成分范围;研究了La2O3-CeO2,水热法转化氢氧化物的特性。实验结果表明:混合稀土氧化物La2O3-CeO2,当La摩尔配比0.85—0.05范围均以CeO2面心立方结构存在;而La摩尔配比为0.90、0.95的样品形成一种新型的结构;La2O3-CeO2稳定存在的成分范围为La摩尔配比大于0.70;La2O3-CeO2水热法可以转化为La(OH)3-Ce(OH)3,当La摩尔配比为0.70时,转化条件较为苛刻,形成的La2O3-CeO2最稳定。 La2O3-CeO2 with different molar ratio of La to Ce were prepared by the coprecipitation method. The crystal structures of these samples were analyzed by XRD. The composition range of La2O3-CeO2 that existed steadily was deter- mined by the hydrogen reduction experiment of La2O3-CeO2. The characteristics of La2O3-CeO2 converting into hydroxide by the hydrothermal method was studied. The results showed that, when molar ratio of La to Ce ranged from 0. 85 to 0. 05, La2O3-CeO2 existed with face - centred cubic structure ; when the molar ratio was 0. 90 or 0. 95, La2O3-CeO2 existed with a new structure; and when the molar ratio was more than 0.7,La2O3-CeO2 could exist steadily. La2O3-CeO2 could be converted into La(OH) 3 -- Ce(OH) 3 by the hydrothermal method. When the molar ratio was 0. 7, the transformation condition was tougher than others, so the La2O3-CeO2 existed most steadily.
