摘要
总体上看,当前企业劳动关系保持了和谐稳定,但仍然存在着劳动合同签订不规范、收入分配不合理、群体性事件增多、法律法规不健全等问题,解决这些问题,应当以党的十八大精神为指导,在提高企业对构建和谐劳动关系的认识,完善公平合理的收入分配机制,加强职工文化的建设,发挥政府和工会在协调劳动关系方面的作用,加强和完善劳动立法等方面做出进一步努力。
In general,labor relations in enterprises are harmonious and stable at present.However,problems do still remain,such as informal labor contract,unreasonable income distribution,increasing collective actions,inadequate legislation and so on.In order to resolve these problems,we should be guided by the spirit of the Party’s 18th Congress,improve enterprises’ understanding of harmonious labor relations,improve the income distribution system,strengthen the construction of employee culture,give full play to the government and trade union’s role of coordinating labor relations,and improve labor legislation.
