摘要
研究了以聚醚多元醇为原料在钌催化剂作用下催化胺化合成端氨基聚醚。考察了不同载体、焙烧温度、还原温度、助剂等催化活性条件的影响。通过XRD、H2-TPR、BET等表征手段分析了使催化剂达到最优活性的条件。研究结果表明,以γ-氧化铝为载体的催化剂达到有效催化活性的条件是:焙烧温度为110℃,还原温度为600℃,以硝酸钾为助剂。
Amine terminated polyether is synthesized via the catalysis of ruthenium catalyst using polyol as raw material. The influences of different supports, calcination temperature, reduction temperature and catalyst promoters are studied. XRD ,H2-TPR and BET are used to characterize the catalyst. The results show that the optimal catalytic activity of T- alumina supported catalyst are as follows: 110C of calcination temperature, 600C of reduction temperature and KNO3 as catalyst promoter.
