摘要
本文对连铸坯连续矫直的变形规律进行了探讨,得出连铸坯连续矫直曲线的微分方程,证明了文献的理想连续矫直曲线。并根据蠕变理论对坯壳横断面上的弯曲应力与变形速率的关系进行了分析。
The deformation pattern of continuously casted blank during continuous levelling is discussed and its differential equation for continuous levelling curve was obtained. The ideal levelling curve in references was therefore proved. Based on theory of creep the relationship between bending stress and deformation rate for the cross section of solid shell of the blank is also analyzed here.
