摘要
采用隆线溞(Daphnia carinata)纯生物株Dc 42为试验生物,参照ISO6241大型溞致死生物试验法,研究油炸食品残油对隆线潘24~96h的致死效应,生物急性毒性试验表明,残油具有极强的生物毒性,残油中芥酸与隆线溞致死效应具有相关性.
The lethal effect of erucic acid in fry resid to Daphnia carinata during 24-96 hours was studied. Refer to the biological experiment method of daphnia magna ISO6241, the pure biological strain Dc 42-Daphnia carinata was selected as the experimental organism. The acute toxicity test for the organism showed that the erucic acid possesses strong biotoxicity.
