摘要
根据2013年全国森林公安在职民警培训情况调研资料,培训"三要素"失衡,机构职能和目标不能,创新研究力动员不充分,教学内容前瞻性没到位,远程网络培训开发较滞后,地域不经济的浪费法定化,培训水平下高上低,培训经费保障取决于领导人个人能力等,是影响森林警察培训质量的主要问题。这些问题的存在有着极其复杂的原因。
According to data of the national forest public security policemen on-the-job training situation investigation 2013, the imbalances of training "three elements", indistinct of function and objective, inadequate mobilization of innovation research force, without teaching content prospective, lagged of remote network training development, legal of regional economic waste, unbalance of training level, training funds safeguard depends on leaders individual ability, etc., These problems affecting the quality of forest police training and very complicated.
