摘要
以3层13车位立体车库为例,介绍了升降横移式立体车库的主体结构与工作过程,重点阐述了控制系统的组成、分析与设计。选用西门子S7-200系列PLC,将就近停车与最优路径原则相结合设计1套控制程序,其在整体控制系统的自动化、为顾客节省存取车时间等方面效果良好。
With the 3-storey 13-carport stereo garage as an example, the paper introduces the main structure and working process of lift-sliding stereo garage, with emphasis on composition, analysis, and design of the control system. The Siemens S7-200 series PLC is used to design a control program combining the nearby parking with optimum route principle, which shows great effect in automation of whole-machine control system and saving storage-retrieval time for customers, etc.
