摘要
使用自主构建的简易装置测量了发光二极管的光谱曲线、光强分布、调制带宽.随着LED工作电流的增加,LED总发光功率减少,峰值波长向长波方向移动.LED的光强分布呈椭圆对称分布,近似符合朗伯光源定律.LED的调制带宽约为100kHz,调制特性曲线呈下降趋势.通过该实验学生加深了对辐射学、光度学、光电检测基本概念和方法的理解.
An experiment of the photoelectric characteristic of light emitting diode (LED) was de- signed to measure spectral curve, intensity distribution and modulation bandwidth. When the working current increased, the total luminescent power of LED decreased, and the peak wavelength moved to long wavelength. Intensity distribution manifested as elliptical symmetry, and was approximately in accordance with the Latnbert law. The modulating bandwidth was about 100 kHz, and the modulating curve appeared downtrend. The experiment could deepen students' understanding about the funda- mental conception and method of radiology, photometry and photoelectric detection.
