摘要
为探明嘧菌环胺在葡萄中的安全性,对嘧菌环胺在北京、江苏南京、山东烟台3个试验点葡萄和土壤中的残留消解动态和最终残留进行了研究.葡萄和土壤样品经乙腈提取,PSA净化,液相色谱-DAD检测器检测,外标法峰面积定量.结果表明,在0.05 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg和1.00 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,嘧菌环胺在葡萄中的添加回收率为81.1% ~92.6%,相对标准偏差为4.8%~9.0%;在土壤中平均回收率为80.1% ~ 91.8%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~9.7%;嘧菌环胺在葡萄和土壤中的最低检出限均为0.05 mg/kg.嘧菌环胺在葡萄中的半衰期为1.7 ~4.2 d,在土壤中的半衰期为3.1~4.1 d.参照国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、美国和日本制定的葡萄中嘧菌环胺的最大残留限量标准(分别为3 mg/kg、2 mg/kg和5 mg/kg),按本试验剂量和次数施用嘧菌环胺21 d后,所采收的葡萄是安全的.
To define the safety of cyprodinil in grape, residue degradations and final residue levels of cyprodinil in grape and soil on three experimental sites (Beijing, Nanjing, Jiangsu province and Yantai, Shandong province) were deter- mined by HPLC-DAD. The samples of grape and soil were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by PAS, and detected by HPLC-DAD, and external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis. The method was validated at three spike levels (0. 05 mg/kg, 0. 10 mg/kg and 1.00 mg/kg) in grapes and soils. The recoveries of cyprodinil in grape were 81.1% -92. 6% ,with RSD of 4. 8% -9.0%, and the recoveries in soil were 80. 1% -91.8%, with RSD of 3.0% -9. 7%. The limits of detection of cyprodinil in grape and soil were 0.05 mg/kg. The half-lives of cyprodinil in grape on three sites were 1.7-4. 2 d,and in soil were 3.1-4. 1 d. Grapes with cyprodinil residues were safe at the recommended application dosage and rates in this study according to the MRLs of cyprodinil in grape by CAC (Codex Alimentamm Committe, 3 mg/kg), Japanese(2 mg/kg) and American(5 mg/kg).
