摘要
针对高职院校高技能人才培养存在办学理念落后、重理论轻实践、重考试轻质量、教育手段落后、师资力量薄弱、缺乏特色教育和品牌产品等问题,提出深化高等职业教育改革、走品牌战略发展之路,实行学分制、弹性学制,设计符合社会发展需要的合理教学与考核机制,加强校企合作、创新合作方式制度,加强师资队伍建设,不断改进教学条件和设施等高职院校高技能人才培养对策。
This article firstly points out the problem of skilled personnel cultivation in higher vocational college , and then analyzes that the issue lies in educational philosophy , theory and exam oriented thinking , education means , teaching staff quality , and lack of unique education .Therefore , the article puts forward reform of higher vocational education , the brand strategy development , implementation of the credit system , flexible education system , reasonable teaching and as-sessment mechanisms , school-enterprise cooperation , cultivation of teaching staff and improvement of teaching facilities .
